For beginners and intermediate level students

Trial course

The course teaches you basic movement, mindfulness and meditation exercises to improve your flexibility, ability to relax and stress resilience. You will learn the basic principles, physical exercises and postures (asanas) of hatha yoga and how to find serenity and strength through relaxation, stretching and concentration exercises. Hatha yoga allows you to experience your body, mind and soul as a whole. Body awareness in combination with breathing opens up a conscious arrival in the body. This strengthens and expands your own health skills/resources, which can be used for regeneration, relaxation and stress-reduced everyday life.

Material

Please bring comfortable clothing, warm socks, a yoga or gymnastics mat and, if you wish, a blanket for the yoga classes.
